Unique hotel, outstanding staff, amazing food. Terrific restaurant and exceptional service. Functional & cosy unit with tea, free snacks and fluffy towels. Central location, just a short stroll away from a touchy - feely museum. Loved that the roof top bar was working. Actually everything was superb, my next choice again in Berlin.

The venue is clean, with prime location just next door to restaurants, the centre of old town Berlin. Magnificent room and friendly communication with the staff.

We loved the location of this place, it was in walking distance of famous sightseeing spots and right by a tube station. The service was amazing, from the room service to the housekeeping, everything was taken care of beautifully. We appreciated the 24-hour reception and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The room amenities were great too, with free Wi-Fi and soundproofed rooms.

We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

The hotel is conveniently located in a hip area, close to two highly recommended restaurants, and right next to a subway station. It is also situated in the center of Alexander Platz, making it easy to access all the attractions in the area. The room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a fabulous shower. The staff provided friendly and helpful service, and the breakfast offered a variety of options.

Wow! What an very nice experience staying at this place! The attention to detail is mind-blowing. From the cleverly designed rooms to the amazing showers, everything is great. The location is perfect and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I loved relaxing in the club lounge and meeting other travelers. And let's not forget the really good 24-hour facility with delicious food and drinks always available. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.

the room decoration was minimal, feel a bit bland. considering the noise and lack of decor, the hotel seemed overpriced.

Great location, steps away from U-Bahn and street art hub. Amazing shower with three settings. Free snacks 24/7 and honesty bar system. Staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend for a short city break. 💯

The metal doors in the hotel rooms can be quite noisy, especially in the morning when neighbors slam them shut.

The hotel's location close to a very hip area was fantastic, as it was very close to everything in the centre of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the 24/7 complimentary refreshment offered on the top floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience.
